“Oh ,  dearest daughter of mine , let your father knows what is it that you would like for your birthday?” , asked the King of Togonia.

“Oh father , I heard that there is a magic mirror in the castle north of our kingdom. Please grant your daughter this one wish” , replied Princess Leia.

The king granted the wish and assembled the strangest and bravest knights to retrieve the mirror. They travelled 40 days and nights across the rivers , mountains ad valleys to reached the distant land where the magic mirror resided. The king of the land knew he was no match for the might of the far bigger kingdom but refused to hand over the mirror.

The war lasted months before the kingdom was defeated and mirror fell into the hands of the knights. They made their way back to the King and presented him with the mirror. But before they handed over the mirror , they told the king what they heard of it.

“Your majesty , the mirror , magical in nature , would reflect on the true self.” , said the knights.

“It is said that many kings and queens have sought after the mirror but they killed themselves after seeing their own reflection the first time” , the knights explained further.

The King will not relent and decided it was nothing more than a rumor to frighten away the would be invaders. He ordered the grand ball be held the very night night to celebrate Princess Leia’s birthday. The entire palace came alive with the thousands of activities and hundreds of people involving in the activities.

Then the night came and guests from kingdoms afar arrived one after another on the grand chariots. The King announced the event and presented the Princess with the gift , a grand mirror. And once she saw herself in the mirror , she fainted.

It was a frog.
