Then there was a knock on the door and an enormous man came in with a frightened look on his face. He was wearing a black jacket, accompanied by the pants and the shoes of the same color. That Michelle didn’t stop him from coming in must meant that she knew him to her and must have been an important person. Later, I was told he was the general manager of the mall.
“Hi … Sir” said the man. He sounded as if he wasn’t know how he should address George. “Welcome to the mall. Maybe I show you around the floors?”
“No, its ok. Johnathan right? I would be coming here more often. Please arrange for it.” said George, with waving his hands towards the man. The man nodded and left quietly.
“Wine?” said Malee, eyeing at the mini fridge in the corner. George nodded and walked towards the chair behind the large desk and sat down and started looking at the papers on it. He seemed calmer than before, Malee noted as she poured the wine into the newly washed cup. Malee placed the cup on the desk as George remained browsing through the papers intently.
