Just as they were about to get up from the bench, they heard a murmur from a youngster walking past them and talking on the phone with her friends. “A princess is here?”
Malee and George looked at each other. Surely, that couldn’t be Georgia, Malee thought to herself as she looked down at the lower floors. On the third floor, she could see a crowd forming by the corridor. George must have seen it too for he bolted towards the stairs without a second thought. By the time they had reached the third floor, the crowd was large enough to cover the whole floor with flashes of lights from the cameras were like stars in the night sky.
George and Malee pushed their way towards the shop that everyone was trying to look at, only to be stopped by the security guard in front of the shop. Peeping inside the shop, Malee could see the soo called princess, but she was not Georgia but a distant cousin of her and George. She had been to the house several times on various occasions and was familiar to her but not to George since George was away to overseas by the time she frequented to the house.
Just as Malee and George were about to leave the place in relief, one of her maids recognized Malee and pulled her into the shop, who pulled George in along as well.
“Mistress Malee here.” said the maid with a slight bow. Malee too gave a slight bow, only to be returned with a stare. “Who is he?” asked the princess, pointing to George, who was dressed like a gangster, with jeans all over, and a cap to cover his head.
“He is..” just as Malee was about to introduce George, he interrupted. “A bodyguard of Princess Georgia” completed George with a slight bow as well.
