I will write a sci-fi , or science fiction , but what type? What is it what I want to say or what the character wants to show? What is the story about? Let’s make a list ..

1. Background of the story universe.
2. What is happening? What is the issue or struggle?
3. How is it a sci-fi? Any new technologies?
4. Who is the main protagonist?? And how he/she relates to the issue/struggle?
5. Who are the sidekicks?
6. What is or are the events that brought the character into the front of the story?
7. What is the end goal or aim ?
8. What or who is stopping him from achieving the goal?
9. How is he going to overcome them?

I am sure there are other questions but lets start with those for a start.
